This site is for you if you suffer from anxiety and are looking for self-care tools to manage your anxiety. I offer reiki sessions via facetime, Zoom or phone. My signature RAISE system of emotional release helps free stuck emotions or trauma to release them, creating more energy to live a joy-filled life.

Reiki Sessions/Angel Card Readings
Reiki sessions are 30 minutes or 60 minutes long, on Facetime or by Skype or phone. Cost is $60 for 30 minutes and $100 for 60 minutes.
Angel Card Readings are three cards/$30 or five cards/$50.

RAISE Method of emotional healing
Based on my own experiences with anxiety and panic attacks, and working with clients on similar issues, I have developed a signature reiki method which helps to release deeply held emotions that may become stuck in our bodies, causing energy blockages which can manifest as stress, pain, or illness. RAISE is an acronym which we go through during the reiki session.
R: Recognize the emotion
A: Ask who and what it is connected with, perhaps a traumatic situation from your past. Accept the emotion.
I: Intend to release the emotion from your body and energy field.
S: Send love and forgiveness to the people and situation involved. Thank them for the lessons.
E: Exhale and emancipate yourself. Release the stored emotion completely.
It is my hope that I can teach you how to work through issues on your own, but for the first few sessions you may want to have my guidance to walk you through the process.
